This Privacy Policy explains how BattleRampage handles information when you use the BattleRampage mobile game and its related account and online services.
1. Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, BattleRampage may collect or receive the following information:

We do not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, phone calls, SMS, photos or files for the mobile game. The game does not use targeted advertising in its current implementation.
2. How we use information
- Provide account creation, sign-in, verification and password recovery.
- Save and synchronize game progress, inventory, rewards and settings.
- Operate multiplayer matches, matchmaking, lobbies and social features.
- Maintain leaderboards, rankings, achievements and match history.
- Detect abuse, protect accounts and keep the service reliable.
- Respond to support, privacy and account-deletion requests.
- Manage beta registrations, platform waitlists and regional testing waves.
We do not sell personal information and do not use account information to build advertising profiles.
4. Security
Account and game traffic is sent through HTTPS/TLS where supported by the service. Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication, and access to game data is controlled by authentication and database rules. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and do not share your credentials.
5. Retention
Account and gameplay data is retained while your account is active or while it is needed to provide the requested features. Presence timestamps are intended to represent recent activity and may be replaced or removed as the service operates. Backups, security logs and provider records may remain for a limited period under the applicable provider retention rules or when needed for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
Beta waitlist and registration information is retained while the relevant beta or TestFlight rollout is being planned and for a reasonable period afterward for launch communication, support and abuse prevention. You can request removal of a beta registration by contacting battlerampage.support@gmail.com.
6. Account and data deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your BattleRampage account and associated personal / game data using the official deletion page:

Submit the form with the email address linked to your account. Optionally include your player name or user ID. Do not send passwords. For questions about a request, contact battlerampage.support@gmail.com.
We may ask for reasonable verification before processing a request. Verified requests are typically processed within 30 days. We will delete or anonymize account data that we control, except information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance (for example security logs for up to about 90 days, or deletion-request records for a limited audit period). Service-provider backups and legally required records may take additional time to expire.
Partial deletion of some data while keeping the account active is not currently offered; deletion is handled as full account deletion with related personal data.
7. Children's privacy
BattleRampage is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us at battlerampage.support@gmail.com, or use the account deletion page for deletion requests. You can also stop using the game or signing out through the account settings where available.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The latest version will always be published on this page (https://www.battlerampage.com/privacy), with the updated date shown at the top.
